Jose Solano
Jose Solano is a master’s student in Mechanical Engineering. He is interested in robotic manipulation, dynamics, and control theory, specifically in contact-rich manipulation (e.g. packing and unpacking objects in a densely cluttered environment) and interactions with deformable objects. Before coming to Stanford, Jose interned at Carl Zeiss Meditec in Germany where he developed trajectory generation algorithms for surgical robotic visualization systems.
